Q. Isn't personal training expensive?
A. Can you afford not to have a personal trainer? Personal training not only gives you one-on-one training but also provides you with the motivation to push yourself that much harder, and teaches you how to train effectively and efficiently. Added to all this, you get results!

Q. What about nutrition?
A. All our personal trainers are qualified to a very high standard and offer sound, scientific nutritional advice. As well as one-on-one training our trainers can provide you with good nutritional and weight management guidelines.

Q. How often do I need to see a Personal Trainer?
A. Ideally you should see a trainer at least once a week. This will help to keep you motivated when you train on your own and will also get you the results you are looking for more quickly.
