A high profile Personal Trainer, Shane is owner and Managing Director of Bodywize Ltd, one of the country's foremost personal training companies.

Shane has vast experience in the world of fitness and sports science having been a professional footballer for Charlton, Southend United, Norwich, Wolves, Brentford, Cambridge and Lincoln City amongst others, amassing over 450 games in a playing career spanning 17 years.

A Level 2 CHEK and U.E.F.A Licensed Coach he moved into coaching at Lincoln City when injury ended his playing career where he introduced and implemented Scientific Training and Restoration methods producing the fittest team in the Third Division. From there he became the League's youngest manager and inspired Lincoln City to automatic promotion to the Nationwide Second Division. Currently in the unique position of being the country's only fully qualified Personal Trainer Sports Therapist to have managed at league level.

With many years of experience working with clients from all walks of life and fitness background. Shane employs a full Holistic approach including Nutrition and Massage. Specialising in Fat Loss, Weight Management and Sports Specific Training. Shane will help you both perceive and accomplish your objectives and under his constant supervision, you will receive the advice and motivation needed to succeed.

David has international experience in the area of sports management. As an ex-professional tennis player and NCAA coach his training arsenal is utilised extensively by Bodywize. He brings to the table a great deal of knowledge in the areas of marketing, advertising and brand management.

Steve is responsible for Project management and development. Steve created, systemised and sold his executive health studio in New Zealand and was trainer to the New Zealand ski team for extreme endurance events. He then set up and sold Catalyst, an executive excellence and performance business based in Sydney. A former Les Mills Master Trainer, Steve is now based full time in the UK. Steve regularly mentors personal trainers and clubs around the globe to improve productivity, systemise operations and increase profit.
